Oh crap. Yes, Hardman came up to Ohio, picked up Jeff's trans and delivered it to him. Didn't mean to make you guys think that the Pale Ryder was out of service.
Jeff's build would eat Hardman's trans up. Jeff's is a full billet, transbrake model with special clutches, bushings, valvebody, pump, everything.
Mine will be there but just for cruising and inspection. My engine won't take the abuse yet. That's a project for next year.

Re: Project Never Ends

I don't have trans in my hands YET but by saturday I should and it should be installed.

George went out of his way to get this done for me.

Truck is sitting at the exhaust shop now, should have exhaust this week.

Waiting on exhaust guy now as he cut his hand about a week ago, 4 fingers, 80% of one tendon.

Truck is ready for him though. First time the truck has been away from my house in 5 years. WOW.

So does that mean you get the 4 finger discount?

Not really, but I get to do the work, while he shows me how the mandrel bender works.

Re: Project Never Ends

Exhaust made major progress today.

I think I mentioned owner of shop cut his hand badly, so I am doing the work at his shop with his mandrel bender. He runs the bender and provides some assistance.

I am extremely happy with how it is turning out.

Nice. Track is out Friday right? I plan on coming over Saturday and helping out if you still need a hand. Let me know :)

Get more pictures of the drivers side downpipe and how it snakes around the transfer case please. And get those vette calipers on the back too!

Not really it was rather easy. I will get a better picture tonight.

Get some pics of the pipe in the bender... I've never seen how they work up-close. :)

Are you gonna put some v-band clamps in there for disassembly?
