Forged or Billet Cranks are only available from custom crank manufacturers that’ll make you one one-off and theyre super spendy. Nobody is using them in stock blocks, only in the HD (Bowtie) blocks. Most guys are just running nitrided stock cranks and changing the stock caps to 4bolt billet...

Idle/drive transition and bogging with the TC locked Tip in stumble (what you're describing) is typically caused by the fueling not keeping up with the immediate increase in air from the throttle body when it gasps for a big breath. A map sensor can't react fast enough to increase fueling...
