This came with some heads I bought. I definitely lost the bolts that were with it to hold the fuel rails on - but other than that I think it's all here. Consists of the converted Intake, spacer, elbow, and fuel rails.
All I can tell you is that it came with some 883 bowtie heads so I assume that's what it fits. It looks like the Intake ports were welded a little bit for fitting and need to be ported to the correct size.
