Re: Project Executioner

Motor is done and heading to the Dyno tomorrow. I will post up the dyno video of it once I receive it. If all goes as planned I should have the motor by the end of the week and maybe hear the truck come to life next weekend.

Lil' confused....I thought Steve Morris was building this engine. I see Borowski on the valve covers. Either way, that motor should get you in the low 12's :)

Steve Morris is building my next engine. Borowski Racing built this one. I will be in the 9's easy on street tires, 8's if I put on some ET streets. 1200hp on 91 pump gas and ALKY injection.

Re: Project Executioner

Whats in the big box from RPM in front of the motor?

I sent them my RPM oil pan to install on the motor to tune the motor in on the Dyno. They used it and it robbed 35hp off the motor over the regular oil pan they use. Don't ask me how. They put the other pan on to see if something else was wrong and the 35hp was there. I am not worried about the 35hp loss with over 1000hp.

Re: Project Executioner

Too much oil sloshing around causing resistance to the crank? That's crazy a pan could rob HP.

Re: Project Executioner

How's the progress coming along?

Interested in the outcome for the cluster and AC system you're using.

UPDATE: Truck was at LS Fest in Bowling Green this past weekend. Big hit. Its running and driving just buttoning up a few things before going out and making lots and lots of videos. I have the initial start up and first drive up the street video I am uploading now. I will post a link soon. A/C is not installed yet.

Re: Project Executioner

You get everything all buttoned up?

Wondering how the dash cluster and the AC ended up working for you.
