Re: Project Executioner

My business has held me prisoner for 12-14hrs a day for the last couple months. I did make it to Holley for the EFI classes they offer and got certified through them for Holley EFI installations & tuning. I should be able to apply what I have learned and get to 100% with a couple days fine tuning. I will keep all informed. I should have a few days to dedicate away from work here in a couple weeks. I also have a big CNC machine that can cut out aluminum parts/brackets if needed. Just let me know. Hope you got your fill of Jeff for a while. You should be good for next year LOL

Re: Project Executioner

This is incredibly awesome! I basically have the exact same setup as you. I had no idea this truck was built until I ordered some valve covers from Borowski for mine. What were the final numbers and dyno sheet? I will be running E85 so I hope to have similar results as you. Also I have a company building a spacer/blower plate for the Whipple to run nitrous spray bars.

I have a ERL Superdeck 427 , CNC LS3 heads, Wegner Front Drive setup, etc etc etc.

Re: Project Executioner

Ordered new gauges. I went to the pull a part yard and picked up a 90's S10 gauge bezel that is open faced so I can use these gauges. I am going to have to make the cluster mount but after looking at it, it will be rather easy to do. I also picked up another headlight control panel so I can glass it in and smooth it out to use in place of the A/C control panel. Seeing I have the vintage air control panel I needed to clean up the space where the factory panel was. I will post after pics once its installed.

Hey, I'm looking at installing this gauge cluster in my Syclone. I was curious about how it fits in the 90's S10 surround as you stated you were using. I haven't purchased the gauge cluster as of yet, but I have a 90's S10 surround. I have taken some measurements of my cluster & have some measurements of 88-94 1500 clusters & they are very similar in dimensions, but haven't had the ability to physically fit a 88-94 1500 cluster into the 90's S10 surround. I know that the 88-94 1500 clusters mount differently into the dash then the S-series clusters do, but should be able to make it mount with some mods to the dash mounts. I'm looking to see if the cluster will fit in the 90's S10 surround cleanly without looking all hacked up. It looks like it will, but looking for more info on this. Any info you can share on this would be appreciated. Thanks!
Your Syclone is awesome! I'm headed in a similar direction with my Syclone build.

Re: Project Executioner

Interested as well. If I can't reuse the stock gauges I will need to find another clean solution.

Re: Project Executioner

Any updates on this beast? I'm really interested to see how your gauges came out looking, along with the Vintage Air AC setup.

Re: Project Executioner

In the middle of a few upgrades. I will post up pics and the finished syclone with a few videos real soon. Had a couple things I didn't like that was bugging me so I pulled the motor, trans, and interior out to fix them all at the same time. Installing a new complete wiring harness and a couple upgrades on the motor/trans while its apart. Should have it back together this weekend.

Re: Project Executioner

Excited to see what upgrades you're doing to the motor/trans...Is the 1500+hp in your sig with the 4.0 supercharger? I was wondering what you put down RWHP with the 2.9L.

Sorry, Business went from normal to unbelievably busy. I have been working 7 days a week for the last several months. I just now caught up and am going to start uploading videos.
