Had to make a new up pipe for the IC. The setup I had for the stock turbo didn't work with the PTE Turbo.

Very nice Sean....you're a man obsessed. It keeps me motivated to work on all my boxes of parts not on the Ty. See ya Saturday

Will get a better video up soon. Don't mind the Alternator chirp, it does that when its cold. Still have to get the DP coated. Next mod is 60lb injectors if anybody has any.

Here's a better quality video. I'm planning on running the exhaust out the back, but haven't decided on which muffler or resonator to use yet. I know my ATR muffler will quite it down to much.

Please don't mind the Alternator squeak, it goes away after a while. Also ignore the rust on the door, I have new doors and a tailgate that I have to get painted this year.

Got my Siemens 60lb Injectors yesterday from Keith (The Devils Own Chariot) which I got a great deal on. Only a few thousand miles on them. I will be replacing the Valve Stem seals at the same time.

Got the Upper intake/Throttle body off, along with the fuel rail and injectors. Started to clean things up and installed the 60lb injectors on the fuel rail. My dads idea was to make a cardboard plate to cover the intake ports so nothing can get in.

Sean you should consider swapping out the
stock upper Garrett cooler for a ATR dual core unit this will
help bring down the intake temp :tup::tup:

No thanks lol. I'm running Meth injection. My temps are right around ambient temperature during a pull.

Sean thats good to hear my Sy has a custom
upgrade cooler from RPM does not need the
meth injection but we do run VP 109 with nitrous :rock:

With all the bling under your hood and attention detail you should consider some billet fuel rails or possibly have your stock rail jet hot coated but either way this typhoon is a work of art.

Finished replacing the Valve seals. I've been meaning to tackle this job since 2009. I used the bar type Valve spring compressor below to compress all the springs. I originally bought the clamp around type, but it was harder to install the keepers. The tool below made it a lot easier. All of my O-ring seals were completely hard and broke. It will be nice to be able and start the Ty without seeing the notorious BLUE smoke :D

Now we have to adjust the rockers and start bolting stuff back on. My winter projects are officially done!

Don't mind the Stock Injectors. I put them in so nothing would fall in the holes. Installing the 60lbers shortly.

Picked up my Valve Covers from the Powder Coater. Same color as my Caliper Brackets (Lollypop Red).

Decided to change things up a bit and be different. I will be ordering Black Silicone Hoses to match the engine bay. The Blue will be gone.
