I never thought black ZR1/GS wheels would look half-decent on a red/gray Ty. Swapped the wheels from Ty #254 (non-running :rotf over to Ty #279.

Been driving #279 regularly for the past two months and only got one comment about the truck. Swapped the wheels and got two compliments ("sick truck" and "awesome Typhoon") the same day. :lol:

Thanks. How bout more vette/camaro wheels. Also, has anyone tried new gto wheels?

I run Camaro 20s. I have gotten nothing but compliments on them. Locally, not too much here

These are one of my favorite wheels. I know these are the wheels that where on Hoovers truck back in the day i saw them in Chicago at the Nats and fell in love with them and I know u where the orginal owner and then bought them back from the Hoovers. One good thing is someone can relip and rebarrell them to an 18 if they wanted to.

Sold the truck but still have the wheels. I may put them up for sale soon. HRE's 17 X 11 & 17 X 9's.

Since I couldn't find them in 18 I went with the CCW Classics

CCW Classics are such nice wheels!

Here is a sneak peak of my new wheels on my new truck!

SSR Integral GT-1s, 18x9 38mm all around with 25mm spacers in the rear. More pics in the following days.

Yes sir, bought it off of Brian a week ago. Here are some more pictures, cell phone mind you. More to follow when I get back to WA State. The truck will slightly transform over the next year and beyond. Keeping it clean and simple.

i think an LS1 or larger brake swap is in order... definitely with drilled/slotted rotors. :tup: those tiny 10.5" brakes make those wheels look like 22's!
