Sorry, I will stop picking on Keith, I gave him a hard time the last 2 times he came over. The 1st time he came over I had to run to work and get some stuff done and he left early and called my wife for directions (thats a definite NO NO). Anyhow he ended up somewhat lost. I called him and straightened his ass out.
Then the 2nd time I gave him explicit directions complete with EXIT NUMBERS and everything and he still go lost (this one was on him) so I thought it was fitting when he posted asking for the phone number coz he's gonna NEED it.. LOL.. All in good fun :lol:

Damn, it's not even Saturday yet, and Ranley's already calling my cell about directions! How could he get lost w/o even leaving the house yet? Maybe I should go mark the highway from Dayton to here with little red syclone flags.

ask Brain and RJ who got lost. I think Brian was about ready to turn around and go home. But I am sure he is happy he made it there. we got alot figured out on his truck.

I was there for 9 hours.. Between wrenching and staring at R.J's Girlfriend I was tired.. I wanted to stay longer to see if we could convince her to model Jeff Scotts custom intake manifold but Barb dragged me outta there by my ear...
It was a good meet. Corbin's pad is absolutely perfect for syty gatherings, and he is a good host. Too bad Jesse had to leave a tad early to pack for his trip to Florida. It was a pretty good turnout all said..

Big thanks to Corbin for hosting the event, I personally had a great time.
Also a big thanks to everyone for tolerating a "non-owner" walking around and asking questions. Hopefully I can get ahold of a truck here soon, maybe the next time I can work on my own truck, instead of Corbins motor mounts
BTW Corbin, Did you happen to find a pair of Sunglasses? I lost mine, and the last place I saw them was on the hood of that GN in the garage. IF you find a pair would you please let me know. I'll gladly pay for you to send them down to me.

Great time at Corbin's this weekend! Thanks to Jesse for getting it together. And thanks to Corbin's wife for letting Corbin let us come out. Had a ton of fun. Bet Corbin doesn't change motor mounts ever again!

I just wanted to publicly thank everyone for coming out. Had a great time. If it wasnt' for the help of Keith, Mike, Mike, and the advice of JS, I'd prolly STILL be screwing with those motor mounts. You guys really busted your asses for me, and I appreciate it. I'll be sore for a few days from contorting myself up into the engine bay though.
I actually made out pretty good from hosting the event. Got a nice set of Oakley's, videocamera, Jeff S's t-shirts, Blake's t'shirts, a flashlight, a red tool box, and an 8mm socket belonging to one Keith R. Staring at RJ's girlfriend wasn't too bad, either. Not bad for a night's work. I'll try to make arrangements to get everyone their stuff back.
The next time we do another meet, I'd be glad to host it if everyone wants to come out. Now that peole know where I am, perhaps not as many will get lost..... :roll: Maybe next time I'll also have a little more time to talk instead of work. And to all I may have offended with my profuse swearing during the mount install, I offer my humble apologies. But hey, you saw what I went through.

Crap!~ I cant believe I left My tool box... It is what I normally leave in the bed of the Sy, has essencials.
I guess I will have to run down and get it sometime Corbin. Thanks for the fun.
