Replaced temp gauge sensor, both front corner turn signal bulbs, snugged down bolts on rear window hinges, replaced tensioner pulley, flushed and filled center diff and rear diff.

Tomorrow: front diff fluid change and hook up scan tool to see what kind of knock retard (if any) im getting. hopefully cap/rotor if i have time.

Got the Bravada seats in & working too. The drivers bottom is pretty rough, but if & when I find a better one, It's an unbolt & unplug and replace!
Still don't know what's happening for our anniversary on Oktoberfest get-together. Might make it over to Levenworth on the 15th, but may not have the truck done by then.:(

with help from syty friends... installed walbro pump, took abs system out and installed abs delete, and installed stg ultimate chip!

Finally decided to install the Kenne Bell CAI I had laying around.. Notice the huge hole in the cowl caused be the vibrating crossover:roll:

you sure about that? I always thought a broken motor mount and the fan hitting the shroud was the culprit of that damage...rather than the brittle xover tube somehow cracking the shroud in a odd shaped way.

Wow I didnt even think about that. Mounts "seem" good now. Maybe a issue the previous owner dealt with.. Hopefully :oops:

Just got the cap/rotor done (both were original). That rotor was a BITCH to get off and i'm skeptical if i actually got the new one all the way down on there. Took it out, and it drives fine. Didn't notice any improvement other than piece of mind.

New piece was the duralast gold (brass) from Autozone.

I'm with Renz on that one, definitley a fan chewed up the shroud.

Yepp pretty much... Going 80 on the freeway the turbo started spooling and boom and rough vibration. Pulled over with huge clouds of smoke behind me, and it dies and will not turn over. I knew it would need a rebuild soon, but it came early...

Finished resetting my valve lash, finishing touches on the A2A IC, and spent a few minutes on the tune.
