New to the whole scene

Im kinda new to the whole sy/ty scene.I found this sight from my uncle Chest Rockwell he is also the one who got me into these trucks. I have been absolutely in love with the typhoon ever since i was in his royal blue and we blew away my stepdad in his his '98 camaro running the Z06 engine.
I am currently looking to purchase a typhoon preferably a '93 white/white.
I am currently driving a '93 Grand Cherokee with the 4.0L inline 6 and it needs quite a bit of work as well. I am not very experienced in the inner workings in any kind of engine but i am more than willing to lear anything and everything anybody has to teach. i got on this site to learn more about the typhoon and hopefully within a year or two have one of my own.

Yes! '93 Tys are the way to go.....or a Sy, but '93 Tys are my preferance!!

as i said i am a total newb and i am here to learn how to do all of the maintenance and how to tune and do all of the finer points any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Read the build threads to get an idea of what people do to them then if you read something interesting, do a search on it to understand why.

You cannot read too much.
