Re: Moving forward - pics added

made some progress today:

-ditched the rpm headers and aftermarket steering shafts header specific
-acquired stock ported/extrude honed manifolds for $500
-installed sce copper exhaust manifold gaskets
-installed new bbk tb with correct linkage
-got another ss borgenson steering shaft from waller
-relocated coil and 3bar map to firewall/heater box area
-installed turbotime oil feed/return and coolant lines for turbo
-installed ballbearing specific oil feed restictor from precision turbo

the stock manifolds shrunk and had to be stretched with manifold stretchers and heated up to get the bolts to line up, will get grade 8 bolts and throw anti sieze on them next week. thanks to steven (live1053rulz) for help and moral support. heres some pics, enjoy!

Re: Moving forward - pics added

no, it cost me like $30 on top of the $150 for the valve covers. search for custom aluminum valve covers.

made some more progress today, thanks again, steven(live1053rulz). i messed around with the wiring and extended wiring for my relocated coil and map sensor. and installed walbro fuel pump with racetronix wiring harness, which is a great kit, and would recommend along with fuel pump upgrade. also installed my new valve covers. heres some pics. enjoy.

It's your truck, but doesn't the mccoy flow better or cool better? I had heard in the past that the kb air/air was a little lame when it came to cooling MATs.
