Alright, who wants to touch me?
Lucky man! She is about the coolest girl I can think of. I can't find a girl around here that is as into cars as I am.. Besides the basic rice crap. I would like to meet a girl that really knows and appreciates cool cars.

I have had 2 SHOs, a 90 & 93. Yes they're fast to a certain extent BUT not faster than a SY or a TY, stock for stock. I have driven a 92 TY and own a SY. No way can he get 314 hp running naturally aspirated either. I got rid of my 2nd SHO because of the crappy transmissions (I replaced it twice) and lack of Ford tech support/knowledge at the dealership.
If you continue to read the whole thread, you'll see other posts by me making corrections. I corrected my self later on. I am around 280hp which is very attainable NA. (With stage 2 cams, plus the rest of the NA catalog, SHO Shop was able to get 250+ whp). I originally had the wrong MAF programmed in because I let my friend use my TwEECer to tune his car. My numbers are corrected for sea level. Also, I know stock for stock a Sy/TY is faster... But I am not stock and soon to be adding another major power adder
I assume you replaced an ATX tranny twice.. Yeah, they are a piece of junk. In fact, the only reason I bought the car is for the Yamaha motor. If you busted an MTX, you should know that the stock tranny does not take wheel to burn outs. The differential pin shears and sends a larger pin through your case. I have a Quaife to solve that and add to the fun around turns
There is a saying in the SHO community...
"Ford Taurus SHO, turning regular people into mechanics since 1989". That is a very accurate saying too.
