I sold my Typhoon Yesterday.

Yes, it's true. I sold it to Luie (sandSStorm) from NE. I watched it roll down the street on it's way to it's new home Saturday morning. From what I hear, it made it without any issues. Luie's Tahoe on the other hand... not so much. :lol: :lol:

I'm sure Luie will post up after he gets some sleep. He had an interesting journey home. :lol:

Don't worry though, I don't plan on going anywhere. My wife has already given me the okay for another down the road. I'm thinking a little black truck is in order next time. :tup:

Just to be clear, Nadine is just as sad about it as I am. It was not an easy decision and we thought about it for a very long time. I owned my truck for 6 years. .... My choices were: 1. Roof over head for my family. 2. Sleep in the Typhoon.

Pretty easy choice IMO.

Yea I knew you were going to have to sell your truck because of gambling problems when you said you were going to have to miss Nats (06 I think) because of sending $1,000 to your fence.

Nats won't be the same without a turbo Volvo in the parking lot.:rotf:

Well the front seats do recline... and are quite comforable if your CrazyKas's Size

well all in all, i think you are a good guy. to give up so much of yourself hurts. but to put a roof over your families head is one of the best feelings in the world. make sure the new pad has a garage to put the future syty. place the jackstands in place. tell the wife every weekend to come look. say "that dont look right." if she says i know. you got nothing to worry about. good luck

Sadly, it's the current pad we're trying to keep over our heads. The Typhoon was happily parked in the garage until the day it drove away.

If it makes you feel better I want you to know that it has come to Nebraska to a good home. I will take care of it very well, she will be my queen. She will only get the BEST parts available... and will be stored in a climate controlled garage in the winter. She will soon get some pretty shoes... The exhaust leak was fixed already and the wistle it had got fixed too...

I dont race my vehicles.. I just love em because they are so rare..

I thank u for handing over your baby to me. If I ever travel your way I may let you touch it... ONCE...... LOL :tup:

Was the whistle vacuum leak? I'm sure it was something simple. I just didn't have the time to track it down.

Yup, the whistle was bad intake gaskets. No biggie tho.. Shes running great. :tup:
