Moron....The police do not release your criminals....THE COURTS DO. Place your blame in the proper area....and good luck with your lawsuit.
Its all the same backwards run government.....I was more refering to the comment about not being tested during the arrest you douchebag. Both the police department and the courts are a joke. I know the police dont release the criminals but they are the ones who make the arrests and start with the initial charges. They are also the one that collect the evidence. The whole system needs to be overhauled. Its sad when victum does more work then the police do. I speak from experience too, how is it that I can track down the asshat that broke into my truck and 5 others on one day but yet the police couldnt?? Half the time its the police that screw the pooch from the start and give the courts nothing to work with....so I am placing the blame where it should be you jackass.
