I'm new to BS3 so trying to figure out if this is normal, or if my vss is poop, or other.
Mike if your MSD or what ever Ing. you have besides stock is close to the box you will get A ton of interfirence, friend kept shorting out wide band o2's & could not figger out why, well he had the FAST system mounted next to the MSD box. Get A MSD Noise filter ( link below) My guages used to be all over the place RPM, SpeedO boost. I put the noise filter on & fixed all of it. I would start with that. That is Prob. what it is. Let me know if it fixs it..

its a little rougher than mine but looks normal.
sounds like a good idea you dont want that much load at 3800. My ty drops to 4200 and i added some fuel and pulled some timing there to soften the detonation potential. On the big stuff you can control how fast the converter locks up as well. For racing i have it at .02 sec. When it locks up i sware the front tires come of the ground!!!!!!!
