Re: ALERT: 92 GMC Typhoon #1377 Stolen - nashville tn
The guy I bought my wrecked typhoon from just went through this process with his insurance company. The hold up we had was they wanted to lowball him on the adjustment. He wanted 10K they wanted to only give him 8K. He had to get his own insurance adjuster who then went through the truck with a fine tooth come adding up all the details and extras that were put on it to increase the adjustment.
Ie aftermarket items add up. Sterio, amps, wiring, speakers, suspension busing, aftermarket sway bars, brakes, cold air intake, gauages, etc.
He ended up in mediation with the insurance company since they were stalling paying him. In the end he accpeted a better offer from the insurance company. Bought it back and sold it to me. making more money than he would have just taking the original offer.
