Your aspen may have a high volume oil pump. My corvette had high 20's at idle when fully warmed up. 60psi at wot. I am not sure what my Syclone has because the guage is inaccurate.

My sy runs low oil pressure, My engine builder said it's from high volume oil pump and chamfered rod bearings. I hope this is true??

Appreciate all the compliments and interest in this Typhoon. It was with some deep reservation this AM that I agreed to sell this truck to a well known forum member who will do this Typhoon justice. Somewhat saddened I never got around to testing its full potential but it is built to scoot, handle and stop very well and in all honesty, is one of the really really nice trucks I have been blessed to own.

Also considering selling my Beasty Sy, built 454 Jet boat, 77 CJ7 Renegade, 08 Charger SRT8, 99 Buell X1 Lightning (limited stripe edition), 70 Nova SS 396 and 04 Indy 500 edition Impala SS.

If you have serious interest in any of these, PM me and I will provide more details.....if I like you and/or your demeanor .

The turbo Miata is in the save column with the Z06 and Aspen Ty. If you ever drive one, you will probably buy it. They are so precise in handling and control. Still have not posted a pic of mine. Will get it out of the garage and get a pic tomorrow.

You probably want more than I am willing to spend, and rightfully so, but I will still bite. Price on the '99 Buell X1 Lightning? The bike is probably the only thing that I can hope to be able to afford from your collection.

It was a gem but we are having a new home/garage built on 8+ acres soon and this is the perfect opportunity for me to downsize to 4-5 of my most favorite vehicles, not including my wife's car. Were it not for the Aspen, this one would definitely have stayed with me.

Awesome day today. Body kit will be getting color matched in the near future. Just added it and the front adjustable air dam this past weekend.
