It was just posted FS today.Nobody but you and Tom give a **** about a S10 with ground effects.

Maybe you guys can be partners so the bidding doesn't get stupid? I dunno but I bet it CAN be bought for pennies on the dollar,if 2 stupid ****ers weren't there. :dunno:

When i called the auction today...i asked what time the us marshalls seizures would be coming through. The girl said let me guess, you are coming for the 1991 syclone? She said she has had a ton of phone calls about it. Could be auction hype....who knows.

I hear ya.What gets me is they got all kinds of Jap crap pics,but none of the S10.

How much sense does that make?

I think you guys should get together on a price,so it doesn't get out of hand.Thats all I'm saying.There will be you 2 and some flipper fools there.IMO it might be a 20-25k truck,you will have 15 minutes to figure that out.

You'll have more than 15 minutes to preview the truck. Usually wholesale dealer sales will allowing you to continue preview after the auction has started. Also judging by where it is on the list, you guys will be there awhile. Even the best auctioneers can make it through a vehicle per minute. Its on the second page of a 500+ vehicle auction.

You'll also be bidding against dealers, retailers and private party individuals. Both live and online. Pay attention to the chant and follow your numbers and who is bidding against you. In can be confusing if the auctioneer is hard to understand and or multiple parties bidding. Just make sure you're in and don't bid against yourself in the fever. The auctioneer will not wait for you, he could care less what he is selling.

I don't think it's hype. The mileage alone on the truck is enough to garner a lot of attention from the MANY people who attend these auctions. Heck, if there was a 1975 Ford Granada with 1,800 miles, people would be calling about that too.

Landed and I just got off the phone with John this should be fun.

FYI, Selling Dealer was Capital Cadillac in Greenbelt, MD last time I tracked the truck was in August 22, 2002

i'm ~120 mi from the auction if a last minute storage facility is needed in case Tom doesn't buy it and trailer it home.
