RPM stage 3 trubo & tranny question.

Ok I put on a rpm stage 3 turbo then took the truck to a tranny shop and got the tranny rebuilt.
The tranny lasted a day of light highway driving and the ultimate set at T118. I went to pass a car and as I was passing the tranny broke. The shop said I sheared off the input shaft because I put a bigger turbo on and I am now puttting 600 hp to the tranny. Engine is stock but I have a alky kit and ultimate. Does that make sence to anyone? I didnt think a turbo upgrade would make a 300 hp truck go to 600 hp and the stock engine would take it and not blow up. What do you all think?

There is no way that your upgrade is putting your truck even close to 600hp, maybe in that tranny builders f*****up crack dreams. Something was wrong with that rebuild. Pull that tranny and bring it to another builder to inspect it.

There would be an easy way to catch him in his lies. Just get it dynoed.

Well thanks everyone for your comments and help. The shop took it in and found the input shaft broke at the basket (posible from stess of many launches and metal fatige) and replaced it under warrenty even though it was a part thats always reused when rebuild. Being he replaced it when he didnt have to (not covered under the warrenty) I ate the $650 tow bill. All I can do now is hope it keeps running.
