Trust us when we say "buy the vacuum line kit". Especially since they are available right now. One of the best things you can do to get your truck running great:2cents:

I just picked one up. Looks like I am going to have alot of wrenching to do over the next couple of weeks. That and the tuning should have me running well here in the next month. Have to hurry though before it gets too cold, relatively speaking. I know all of the guys up north are rolling their eyes right now.

Re: My First Mod

Hi sorry, i was just looking in on the new Ty, and I saw something about the ZQ8 steering mod. What year and where could I get one, an auto parts store or search for one.

I would like to no aswell since my steering is all over the place.

Even the OEM shift cable has to be bent to fit around the HD propshaft. The problem with Dorman shifter cables is that they tend to snap within a year or so.

I try to avoid Dorman products if I can, it seems like all of their products are cheap Chinese junk for a not so cheap price.

I have been messing around with the new cable trying to get it in just right, but I am thinking it will never fit right. I adjusted it several times, and it is still super stiff when shifting. Time to start saving up for a heavy duty one, maybe one of those renz ones if he decides to make them.
