When did he promise delivery? Those were not even shipped to retailers until the end of July, sounds like misrepresentation from the start.

i'd emailed him and he said they were on a truck to him and he was supposed to get them monday. so we should see them by the end of this week if he ships them quickly.

He pulled same sh** with me after I opened a case with pay pal then had the balls to say
"Hello- Actually, you did receive a message on the status of your shipping. The items have been shipped, and this is your tracking number. Thanks again." just got that about 2pm, that's the first I've herd from him...and I said I wanted a refund.

I didn't realize the mini Renz is a flat or semi-gloss black. I guess I was too excited for a new JL that I didn't bother to look at the details. Can't decide if I want to open it or not. :D
