our trucks do not use the heated intake provisions. ie: no heater hose or intercooler lines connect to our intakes.

parts man.. Maybe you havent looked where your heater core is connected to. As for the mod, I think a thermostat would be the mod of choice. The guy selling this kit, is about as stupid as anyone who would buy it.

I know the parts man meant the throttle body... If your wonderin why he hasn't a picture of a hose coupling and two hose clamps...I think he said it was a trade secret... It is amazing that this guy actually knows that a tb off of a sy/ty is the same as a f-body/vette. (89 to 91) i think...
