I reached out to Tom also, but didn't say much about making them again. Takin my Trans out to get rebuilt and guna have the Stock shaft out so looking for Aluminum to swap in,

Go to a wrecker and look for a 1995-1997 4x4 Sonoma s-series. Most of them had aluminum shafts in them, might have to get them shortened. but they usually sell them around here for $25.00

Sean this company makes heavy duty prop shafts for our trucks. I have one and it is very nice. I looked at their web site and and it shows that they make aluminum drive shafts. They could probably make what you want. It would be worth checking with them.

I called D&R and I also have the same Propshaft. They want a couple measurements and a pic of the Rear joint on the diff.

I should have noticed you had that prop shaft. It is included in the list of parts you have added to your truck. I hope the driveshaft deal works out for you.

Reach out to beaner, or gringo or what ever his name is. I'm pretty sure I sold him my dynotech alum. you showed interest in before. Maybe he still has it laying around?

Any reason why you wouldn't go with a carbon fiber shaft? QA-1 makes them.
