WTB - Intercooler relay connector + relay

Looking for the intercooler relay connector and relay... mine's kinda melted.

If you've converted to A/A and have one you could just lop off, wires and all, that'd be great.

Thanks,

Dig

Here tis..... lower right one of the three. The fuseholder is in-line in the jumper lead so that one can turn off the pump when doing service with the engine off (I've got my 7" CAC fan wired through it as well).

Hey Dig,
Since you're going to be splicing anyway, I wonder if you'd want to use one of the weatherproof Omron relays and sockets. I just ordered a few to do my purple wire bypass, and to re-do my injector isolation circuit.

That's the correct relay, yep.

I already have an external relay that I just plan on using the the stock relay to trigger. (That way, I can hide it) I like the looks of your relay better... where did you get it?

I'm hoping I can find a source for the stock relay and connector shell. GM had to have used this relay for more applications than just this.

That weatherproof one is an Omron relay from these guys....

I also found this site today...they seems to have a lot of GM weatherpak stuff..

Here's a GM Metripak relay and housing..

These guys have a good assortment too...

Ah, here's a GOOD source for Metri and Weather Pak stuff!

Could be that the relays in our trucks have been superceded by newer designs. Maybe only NOS for originals??

Re: WTB - Intercooler relay connector + relay

I've got what appears to be the ATR harness, complete with the relay and connectors. It was on the truck when I got it, but I made the pump fit the stock location and took this harness off. Lemme know if you want pics.

Just a side note for peeps hotwiring the IC, not sure that's what digs up to, but I found I didn't need to splice into the yellow wire. I just opened up the relay connector cover, real easy, shoved a wire right on top of the yellow wire (yes, where the pins are), closed the clamp, and grounded it. Took about 5minutes and I didn't have to cut anything. You have to make sure it's tight when you reclamp it, don't want it sliding out or it won't be hotwired anymore. Helped keep it looking clean.

My problem was lazyness... I ran the dual spal fans on the CCHE off the same relay.
Contacts weren't up to the task. I have another relay to fix this issue.

My hotwire is equally invisible... ECM turns it on with the key on.

Re: WTB - Intercooler relay connector + relay

I got a connector + relay for this from Justin (thanks!), but I wanted to follow up...

RTFM owns me. The GM wiring diagrams list a part number for each connector.

The CCHE (Intercooler) relay, the Fuel Pump relay, and the AC Compressor Control Relay all list the same connector - GM part number 12020015.

This looks to be an obsolete number, but it might lead to a newer part # for the right connector if somebody needs it in the future.
