I live in Manitowoc, WI and saw a Syclone sitting at Maritime Ford yesterday. The sales guys knew nothing about it, not even where it came from, so I'm hoping somebody here can help me out. I don't know if there was supposed to be, but there wasn't a number plate anywhere, so I grabbed the VIN number.

I know it's a long shot, but I'm hoping to find out what mods have been done to it ASAP because it probably won't stay on the lot very long.
