Re: Syclone found 31 miles

Any idea if the new owner intends to drive it, or if it is just going back on the shelf again?

Like I said the last 4 will be disclosed when the Vehicle is Mine or the new owners.

Well the truck changed hands over the weekend I DID NOT BUY IT the new owner has all the info for this website and sportmachines so lets hope he joins or registers it. Before all the BS starts I decided not to buy the truck because I do not have the space or ability to store the truck Properly and I would drive it. The new owner has several collector status cars and the proper storage facility. I am waiting to hear from him for his premission to post the Last 4 and the pics I have of the truck, including the pics of the truck in the Daylight for the first time since 1991

How about disclosing the dealership information then (since you conflicted yourself regarding disclosure of the last 4 of the VIN). We are talking about the same truck no-one else knew about, which the Dealership owner (?) could not locate documentation for (and was having second thoughts about selling anyway), and one that you decide not to buy, yet another person shows up with cash in hand over the same weekend and takes it away (?). Common guy!!! Let me fast forward.....I bet the "new owner" will request you not give out any information regarding this truck. Essentially, with a poof, everything fades away into a state of non-existence.....

The guy didnt show up with $$$$ I called him because he has bought cars from me before (he pays finders fees) basically i made cash for handing a phone number over to him, They had the papers for the truck they were filed with all the sold vehicle because it was assumed the principal owned it like the Other vehicles in the "garage" . I dont care if you Doubt me its probably because you are mad that you couldnt snakle the deal and make the $$$$ your self like the othere few trucks you have owned in the last year. PS I dont reval sources or locations of any vehicle or even where I found them to anybody till I have my finders fee so if you would like to purchase the information feel free to PM to discuss Price. I put alot of time and $$$ into finding cars so I dont give freebies:tup:

Does it come with a warranty?

It should as it is technically a new Vehicle as far as im concerned, But nobdy can prove or dis prove that it does or doesnt, it doesnt matter as the truck will probably never see a public road

You could of PM'd me, hell I've got 3 e-mail accounts sent to my Blackberry all day long and I'm sure someone on the board has my friggin cell number too.
So you decided to pass and you hand it off to some guy who pays a finders fee??? WTF is that ???
The guys a collector ???
Hopefully he'll register it ???
I gave him the site info ???
Are you f*uckin kidding me...

You turn around on a fellow member that you know cares about these trucks so you can make a few bucks ???
Really, how much could it possibly be ??? Is it gonna change the way you live too ???
If you wanted a little something out of it all you had to do was SAY SO

Re: Syclone found 31 miles

I charge a fee, and yes its worth it, How much I cant say but I make more doing it then i do at my normal Job. Besides you called Dibs here great several othere poeple had know about the truck before it was posted here. I only charge a fee if you call me looking for a car or I call you with one for sale , If I was local to a car and you want it inspected i would not charge and would give the same secrecy to you as to all of My clients. Yes i consider them Clients and Yes I charge because i spend alot of time finding cars researching them and memorizing codes, and number locations to verify cars. thats why I charge the more $$$ the car is the more I charge how many people do you know that you can call and say Find me a "xxx" and they can find you one

You are missing the point...
I don't care how much you make or how you go about making it.
You never mentioned that you already told several other people about it.
Plus I figured maybe you would of liked to see it stay in the family so you could of at least presented the deal to me and let me know the conditions were to pay you a finders fee.
Several people chimed in to verify I don't dick around so don't give me that "great, you called dibs, so did everyone else" shit either.
The bottom line is maybe you should review the movie you posted earlier about me in the thread and learn a little about loyalty to friends.
I gave you the benefit of the doubt while everyone called BS on this deal, I even saw your reasoning about the secrecy due to people on the board, but here you are doing the same thing back to a member of the board.

In my opinion you whored yourself out to make a few bucks and turned your back on a member in the meantime...

Re: Syclone found 31 miles

I learned my lesson a long time ago when it comes to talking about trucks for sale.....almost got banned for it:( . Anyhow, it's good (and yet sad) to know that there are still trucks out there with so few miles on them. At least it's going to a good home, and won't be beat on.

Re: Syclone found 31 miles

Yep I whoredmyself out, Ill admit it, so it didnt stay in the "family" or did the family just get bigger? I dont car how many people call BS I knew where the truck was and the asking price what i choose to do with that information is my choice sell it or useit my self I had considered buying the truck and putting it immediately on Ebay but didnt need the bull shit this forum generates. Not to mention people here are cheap and want everything for free. You wernt here in the days when I found a large amount on NOS syclone steering wheels and seat covers and offered them to the board for 30.00 each (5.00 over what I was buying them for ) and took a huge amount of bullshit for it well you can buy the same parts on ebay right now for 5 times what I offered them for. People from here buy them. I have offered deals on here several times and gotten Flak so I dont do it anymore. I deal with people who tell me what they want I find it and they pay my price no questions asked , how many people can you call and say find me a 1970 Boss 429 project and they can find you one for 75,000 including fees?
