I saw that car a couple years ago (minus the 20 doller price) in BFE,but it was a blk red int. Super badass,SS396/4 spd, from what I saw it was 1966 OG,no mods,minty looking with the goofy hupcaps and all.70 year old man driving it.Had a little puff of smoke when he changed gears.The thing that caught my eye was the placement of the SS396 emblem on the trunk. Looked it up on the Net and found it was correct.

I shoulda stopped him,but IMO it was a never gonna be FS car.

He has to get paperwork together to sell it to me because its going through the dealer as a new vehicle sale

This normally takes less than 1 hour (or at least it has on every new car purchase I have made) so.....did you get the truck or not because I really don't want to contact the owner of the dealership and buy it out from under you , j/k.

Whats the going rate for hiring someone to nail someone elses knee caps to the floor now days (someone that wont roll over on you either). Got a guy here in VA that needs convinced he has messed up in a bad way and should rethink his present way of conducting himself. :rotf:

I think hes having second thoughts

With a deposit secured by a written purchase agreement, they are obligated by law to sell the vehicle to you, whether they are having second thoughts or not....and so far as a dealer not being able to locate the paperwork???...those items are inventoried by dealership management quarterly (required by insuring agencies) so someone somewhere has a smoking pipe. I could understand were it an individual selling it but a dealership that has obviously been in business since 1991.......
