1) Remove the sun visor. Should be 3 Phillips head screws and one quick disconnect wire. I had to wiggle the connector out the hole to disconnect it.
2) I used a stainless steel 3/8 ID, 5/8 OD, washer. It was 1/16 thick.
3) I used a pair of bolt cutters and cut 1/4 out of the washer.
4) Using a flat head screwdriver. I pried the "visor spring washer" up and installed my new washer between the "Visor spring washer" and the visor housing.
5) I reinstalled the visor into the truck and did a couple boost launches with the visors down. This is the most fun part of this install. My visors stayed put so I did not have to install a 2nd washer.
