Re: Stock Turbo 3" Downpipe

Jeff,

Have you thought about doing JSM full time at least in the short term while you find a new job? It would allow you the flexibility to interview yet keep income coming in.

Good luck with your daughter.

Your is here, crossmember is done minus 1 bracket and coating. Thursday is my last day with a real job, so all the loose ends with JSM should be tied up very soon.

Re: Stock Turbo 3" Downpipe

If I pay a bit extra for shipping could you sent the DP to Mike lee at RPM and send the x-brace to me when its done. That way you dont have to rush the x-brace. Thanks, gary

Re: Stock Turbo 3" Downpipe

Thanks, I know these have taken WAY too long to complete. I plan to finish and ship the rest in the next week or so. A few each day.

As people get them if they could shoot me an email at ty1295@gmail.com just to let me know I would appreciate it.

Also, you will need to get 4 socket head cap screws, and remove the studs from the exhaust housing to clear the pipe, flange. I did this to give as much flow as possible. I will get pictures next time Dobrick stops by of the pipe installed on my mockup stand.

:rotf: Yes, not mine though. We're dog sitting along with our two nieces while their parents take a long over due weekend away. Used to own a Lhasa and grew ups with a Doxie. Not sure which I'd own, love 'em both.

Re: Stock Turbo 3" Downpipe

Sweet, thanx for the pics guys.

Did anyone mod the exhaust side of their turbo yet?

The only thing that bugs me about doing it is if I ever sell the turbo I will have to sell the DP also because no one will have a DP that will cover the opening. Or I buy another exhaust housing, hmmm

Re: Stock Turbo 3" Downpipe

Hmmm is right. I was actually thinking of trying to find/buy an exhaust housing to mod then it would be ready when I tore mine apart.
