Hey Jeff do you think in the future if anyone goes with a different turbo that has a diferent exhaust housing it will be too much work to modify this downpipe? Basically could you just cut the flange off and weld on a different one, V-band for ex? Just trying to plan ahead, since the ones you made out of stainless should out live there owners.

the only time that i removed the downpipe was when i blew the engine. ;)

I have not forgotten about anybody and actually made great progress. All the mild are ready, except the last ~10" of pipe which has 2 shallow bends almost back to back to get to the cat.

Friday I was able to find and met with a local guy with a 3" mandrel bender. He is making that last piece this week. Good news is that last piece will be stainless, even on the mild dp's.

Got last pieces from mandrel guy, all tubing is here, last few details.

This project has been way too long, will be done this week hell or high water.

am i to late to get a mild steel DP with to bungs one for the o2 sensor and the other for the wideband? PM me back. THANKS

Yep, no more orders for sure.

Maybe later, but mild steel won't be offered anymore.

As far as 1 piece goes, i think I am just going to say NO.

If that is an issue I will refund anyones money, they will be 2 pieces. Selling them as 1 piece is not going to be worth my hassle once people get them and find out it can't be installed.

Last welds will be done on mild steel tomorrow, stainless to follow shortly. Just got in from working on them again today.
