My truck has had the exact same problem. I have been going thru and replacing all the obvious stuff cap, rotor, plugs Ignition coil, fuel filter, checked all the intercooler for leaks and vacuum lines. Im gonna lose it soon grrrrrr

I hate to say it, since you already listed "new wires", but this sounds like classic bad wires, or too big spark plug gap. Close the gap to .030 and try again. If not, put the old wires back in.

I still think it is a fueling issue. Like I said before mine did the same thing. Check your fuel pressure while you are driving. Base should be @ 44-45psi.

Did you run a datalog? Mine is having some wot and its lack of fuel cus I ditched the cat and no muffler...
