what do you mean "i think i'd want the single layer". Referring to not overlapping the tabs? I'm pretty sure I'll be making them that say for simplicity. I have to check w/ some sheetmetal places on bend/welding...my first quote wasn't cheap, and i'd really like to be able to stick to the prices i quoted earlier.

save very minimal weight... replace bent brackets... put syty bumper on regular s10...

They are perfect for people like me who cannot stand rust and have a obsession with shiny metal objects (and strippers) On a serious note the bracket hes making are long obselete through GM so here is a option :tup:

ok the bad news is bending/welding isn't cheap. So these stupid brackets are going to cost a tad more than I'd hoped. I sure do like flat pieces more. :roll:

I'm going to have to charge $80 for this groupy buy, and $110 for them after the group buy. If this makes anyone not want to be in the group buy please let me know, i fully understand. I'm just not looking to lose money on these brackets so i have to bump the price up.

Its two $40 parts, right side and left side done in different transactions...
