The truck is amazing no matter what. With your intercooler set up are you going to run an ice chest in the bed or what type of heat exchange for the liquid?

I knew you used to ride for yamaha i was just wondering, him and his wife are really nice people.

Re: Progress of Bowtie motor

I have a 4 Gallon Tank that I run Ice in the bed. I'll get some shots up next week of everything in the bed. I have a 3 gallon Fuel cell in the front driver side cornerof the bed, the water cooled trany cooler, in the center of the bedc then the IC igloo in the back right corner, and a 16v Battery in the right front corner, its pretty balanced out.. Then with the IC in the front left engine conpartment it turned out just right. Too run all the fwater I'm running a Mezeire Remote mount water pump that has a -16 feed with dual outlets one feeds the IC Igloo with -12, and the other outlet has a -10 that feeds the trany cooler.

This is a shot of my old ice chest but you get the idea. The new one is similiar

Thats not bad at all for a no driver weight. Considering it has all the safety equiptment and some not so light parts

I was also surprised myself. That was with full load of fuel, the ice tank filled all the IC lines filled, passenger seat inn, and I added the rear roll bars out the back window, so we added some extra pounds there. I did so I don't have to listen to someone telling me it's not legal.it is now!!

I don't know about you, but there is definitely something sexy about a Syclone with the rear roll bars out of the back window! So how much of a pain is it to set those rear bars up through the window?

I will let you know how it turns out next week. I am having the glass shop cut me a peice out, then I have some carbon trim peices to go around the bars.

Re: Progress of Bowtie motor

I thought I saw a post saying that according to NHRA you didnt need the bars out the back window anymore if the cage in the cab is of a certain grade...
