Please help me identify my turbo!

Hello:

I am very new to the sy/ty scene. I recently purchased a truck and have had some problems with it (I know I should've done some things I didn't). Anyway, I blew my head gasket and am in the process (a local shop actually) of redoing the truck. It is a garret turbo and these are the only numbers we could find on it:
03E6N
RSM8
3530521

Could somebody please help me on a model? Came to find out it doesn't have a wastegate on it. What one would work good with this turbo? external? I also plan on getting the ultimate and probably datamaster. Also, what kind of blow-off valves are good for these trucks. I have researched it and HKS?? Once again I am very new and any help would be appreciated!

Holy Shit!!!! No waste gate! Are you sure???Nevermind, blown head gasket is the waste gate....By the numbers, sounds like a power stroke, installed in fords, but actually navistar...but they had waste gates...I'll look at one tomorrow and see if the wg was a bolt on deal at the outlet...sounds like a junkyard performance special....

Thanks, for checking. I hope I can get this figured out. Any ideas on BOV? All I know is that this truck moves, and it wasn't performing top notch. I want to get this figured out. Thank you!

Navistar uses Garrett turbos, pretty sure integral wastegate on those. Most of the integral setups I've seen are the bolt on type..

Get some pics, I'd love to see this thing.

I'll ask the turbo guy at work tomorrow who probably spec'd the Powerstroke.
