Plastic clip thingy's for door actuator rods...

My drivers side door clip thingy busted off on the inside at the handle. This is the thing that keeps the actuator rod atttached to the handle.
I replaced it with a metal one, but apparently the geometry of it is different than the plastic stocker & after awhile of opening & closing, the MF'er pops off again.
It's a PITA to put on so I only want to do this once more.

Where can I get the plastic clip things?

junk yard pull the door & take it home & gut it.

go to the dealership & they can do A national search. Do you happen to have A part # for it?

They're going to be old & brittle just like the one that broke. I'd like to get new ones.

Hit up the "HELP" section at your local auto parts chain store. They should have them.

If you can't buy the exact one that you need, they have a "grab bag" selection that has about half a dozen different colored ones in it. I have it out in my tool box but, I don't have the part number for it since I transferred them to a sandwich bag.
