408Typhoon (Jason I think, sorry I am bad at names) came by my house to show off. :D
He bought a TY with a blown engine and with help from RPM and a local shop got it running this week. I have to say its very clean. with only 43k miles and a rpm mild built motor with vortec's and stock turbo. Inside its clean as I have see any TY and outside is just as nice. Has side exhaust and sound like a small v8. Nice to see another syty on the road. Sorry did not get the vin. Here are some pics and a video.

Did you get what exhaust?!? Or any at all? lol Seems like a very nice TY. How old is the owner? One more thing, when he turned the corner it sounded like a 1-2 manual shift?

his exhaust came with the truck. did not look under to see what was done. DP looked stock. He gave me a ride but being a new motor he did not go into boost. It shifts nice. A bit softer then mine did but mine blew up. the guy looks philipino and I would say in his mid 20's. He is a nice guy and glad he got it running. Sounds like he is enjoying his new toy

Cool. I was just thinkin he might get upset if anyone and everyone had his tag for what ever reason.

I just hope my truck can look as good some day.

Yeah i dig those pipes also. Hell that exhaust note has brought a tear to my eye. My Ty isnt exactly a slouch sound wise but that lope is nuts.

How did he get the pipe out to the driver's side? Just not a lot of room under there to do that.

A friend of mine here in town had this exact same thing done to his TY. I didnt really think it look all that great in the first place but I was even more unimpressed when I got on my hands and knees to see how they got it out. They just ran the pipe across underneath everything. Atleast they made it bolt on but still, hangs down super low.
