oil found on trany pan motor oil (not trans)

were do u think it would leak from to get on the trans pan ? its clean under the hood... its like a ghost leak because my turbo got every thing oily wen it died.
thanks oh ya its freshly rebuilt motor to about 6 k on it.

timing chain cover, turbo drain line, oil pan, oil drain plug, remote filter lines or housing, crank puley seal, rear main. basically anything on the bottom end of the motor could do it.

most common would be the turbo drain or remote filter housing.

I have had a leak on the front of the oil pan a couple times thet was hard to identify. You can add some flourescent dye to the oil and run the engine for a short period of time, then look underneathe with a black light to see where the glow in the dark oil is coming from.

PVC valve under the I/C not plugged into valve cover.
