Why does everyone hate on 92 Ty's!? Ive noticed (in passing) some comments in peoples sigs and posts?

I think its just an on going joke with 93 guys... There are only subtle differences between the two. Different roof racks, seats, 93s have over head consoles, 92s have door handle "thingies" and what not. I don't think it's really hate thing... But at least my 92's courtesy lights turn on when I unlock my doors with the keyless! Stupid 93's.... Lol. :D

They hate 92s because they have 93s and 93s are nothing special 92s have a specific interior not just the cluster bezel and console Like the 93s

I heard a rumor that there are more running 93s then 92s, making them clearly better built trucks. I wouldnt know, mine doesnt run.

Thats exacly what I was thinking, the 92s are the original Tys so to speak with the Sy seats in leather, a sporty interior for a sporty SUV. The 93 just got SLT interiors thrown in them and they left the people with the 92s to have the special interior for the special SUV. At least they made them in 93, imagine if 92s was all they put out!

I plan to fully convert my 92 into a 93. By the time Im done, the only way you will know its a 92 is pull a carfax or look at the door jam.

Typhoons are only good for cruising around and mildly going quick anyhow.... if you want to go fast, you buy a Sy ;)
