I wouldn't hate the CFC so much if they didn't destroy the engines. Assign it a junk title (usually no way out of that in most states that I know of) and be done with it. If any of this is for the environment, you'd think parts recycling would be on their minds. Last I checked scrap prices were shit, and this won't help that market. That volvo they blew up was spewing all sorts of bullshit out onto the pavement.
All the boys on the Ranger forum I read are crying because of how many V8 Exploders are being destroyed. They all want cheap 302 swaps for their trucks
I think the Ford Explorer holds the top 3-4 slots right now. In fact all 10 are domestic vehicles I believe.
Also, I'd be curious how much Toyota and the like actually pay in taxes. I know that Mississippi and those other states where they built plants gave Toyota sweetheart tax and land deals to attract them. I'm so they DO pay a decent amount of tax, but I'm honestly just curious.
