I wouldn't hate the CFC so much if they didn't destroy the engines. Assign it a junk title (usually no way out of that in most states that I know of) and be done with it. If any of this is for the environment, you'd think parts recycling would be on their minds. Last I checked scrap prices were shit, and this won't help that market. That volvo they blew up was spewing all sorts of bullshit out onto the pavement.

All the boys on the Ranger forum I read are crying because of how many V8 Exploders are being destroyed. They all want cheap 302 swaps for their trucks :) I think the Ford Explorer holds the top 3-4 slots right now. In fact all 10 are domestic vehicles I believe.

Also, I'd be curious how much Toyota and the like actually pay in taxes. I know that Mississippi and those other states where they built plants gave Toyota sweetheart tax and land deals to attract them. I'm so they DO pay a decent amount of tax, but I'm honestly just curious.

You're a f*cking idiot for wanting to destroy a perfectly good RARE truck.

There, I said it.

X2.......WTF. There should be no choice to make, not even an option, but to each is own. At least strip the thing out before trading it in.......

I would be able to do this with mine if Guy Reffett would give me my motor, trans, and transfer case back. Drove the truck to him (250 miles). Now 2 years and 6k later I had to trailer my Sy home without the parts listed.
I would never do that to my truck, I just wish I had never taken it to Rockford Racecraft, because thats they way he treated it. In my opinion he should never touch a SYTY, because junk is what you will end up with.
