Re: my small project

did not think about that. Hmm. I have to think about that. I drive my windows open most the time anyways. Going to make summer drive a bit hotter though. But my engine will love it. I just got the hood yesterday. Buying the paint tomorow and it will get painted next week.

Figured out the A2A. I had the top pipe on backwards. Looks good now. Thanks Mike. I should have my turbo soon and will have the 4 day weekend to install my Alky, turbo and A2A. Any tips on installing these??? How much ATF should I add for the new cooler/filter?Thanks guys, Gary

If you have a high speed nozel on your alky kit I might recomend not mounting it to close to your coil.

Re: my small project

Q's about the PCV setup. Do I need the hoses going to the filter. I have a breather on the driver side, hose going from driver side to air filter. Passanger side front pcv valve to air filter and rear pcv valve to TB. . What is a good setup. ??

Re: my small project

Got it started today. Still waiting on the air filter setup. Ran good but I can hear the steering pump going out. :(

Its still a mess because I am not sure yet how the filter will go.

its on the driver side. I had one already there from my KB intake setup. The alky kit comes with one too.

Sorry if this sounds dumb or noob but I've always wondered. If you go A2A then wouldn't there be an open spot on the overflow tank from the upper IC? I know the tube coming from the radiator goes to the bottom of the overflow tank. Do you just cap off the other hole?

Re: my small project

Mine had a "t" conecting the upper IC and radiator to the overflow. Not sure how the trucks come stock. Mine had the KB intake when I bought it.

Re: my small project

interior is done. All the guages work and the alky seems to work. Just waiting on the air filter setup and some brake parts.

Re: my small project

Me too. I had a guy pull up next to me in a talon awd. He said He seen the turbo on my tailgate and wanted to know why I was adding a turbo to a s10. After I tell him what it is he wants to race me. Knowing how fast a talon can be (friend has one that did a 11.55 at a track) I asked what his car has. He said exhaust, intake annd a chip??? He is excited about racing and I told him to come back in 2 weeks and I should be ready then. He thinks he can take me. Should I tell him I will have somewhere near 400hp??
