You "sold" advertised pieces you said at one time would be lazer cut and powder coated if I remember right. What you sent was scrap metal, let me rephrase that I throw away chunks of remant metal that look better than that.
When you do business, you have to ship what you sold. Not something different than expect everybody to be happy. I can tell you even if they worked as advertised, they wouldn't be bolted on my truck. I like to think I drive a truck to be proud of, not a cobbled toghether jalopy which is what these brackets are.
So are you offering a full refund to anybody not happy?
