Looking for a cheap(er) 93 Ty - Done looking.

Im somewhat window shopping for a 93 Typhoon right now.... I'll consider 92s for the right price....maybe.

While I hate to put down a price due to it leaves me less room for any possible negociation (hey, im being honest) Im looking to spend between $5-7k area. I understand that I wont be finding a mint perfect truck and one at this price will have flaws, but it has to:

- Get in, start up and drive without major issues - aka, if your not in FL, i can drive it home safely
- NO rust
- No major issues with motor/drivetrain
- Gotta be reasonably clean inside and out (straight body, clean interior)
- Prefer to be stock or close to it. Minor bolt ons, mods i'll consider.
- prefer no roof rack (or spoiler, but I can yank that if needed)

If you have something that fits or comes close to it, let me know. Im not going to be to picky on colors, but da wife said absolutely not a Teal.

I might be selling the royal soon, but it would likely be a little outside your price ceiling.

Yeah, the downfall is that WA is basically on the other side of the earth from Floreduh. :rotf:

You should find someone coming to nats from out west. See if they will drive it to BG for nats. Pick it up there.

While I hate to put down a price due to it leaves me less room for any possible negociation (hey, im being honest) Im looking to spend between $4-6k max. I understand that I wont be finding a mint perfect truck and one at this price will have flaws, but it has to:

I'll give you $500 over the purchase price you got it for ;)

That would put me in the rears $2000 then, ive got $4500 easy into it now..i went overbard a bit but I can say there is NO rust spots anywhere and the inside is MINT and the factory paint looks new and the motor and trans is one of the smoothest idleing ones around, you cant feel it idle and it has no hessitations...Ive got a list a mile long of things ive done to that truck, but its worth it as ive allways wanted one...

than you are crazy for trying to sell it. you will never get a truck back that you know is good, and ther good thing is you did all the work on it, and know what is done to it. rebuying another one is not knowing what you buy unlike the 100% you know your truck is/has

I agree,I really know id never get another one this nice if I sold it as I dont have the room or the money, the wife was fine with this ty because it has turn over value, but I really hope to keep it,but Im building a twin turbo dart 408 and its costly...If work picks up ill get the camaro done,if it dont ill have to wait and im impatient..

Ive got the new dart block and prep paid for and the forged assembly, roller cam, roller lifters and heads and 1 turbo paid, but still got a long ways to go..I may have to do blowthrew on low boost till I can get the injection and fast,or sell the ty...
