What would you have named the Syclone? or Typhoon?

I'm surprised it didn't end up being Sonoma SS and Jimmy SS or Sonoma Turbo and Jimmy Turbo.

I think the names work well but I think I would have called the syclone and X-10 and called the Typhoon X-15. maybe?

That's a pretty good one.

I decided to post this question the other day when I was driving down the road thinking of how many stupid car names there are today. There are only a few good car names. Most of them suck...corolla, fiesta.

Good ones:
Syclone, Typhoon, Mustang, Viper, Supra, etc.

I guess the Syclone could've ended up being Sonoma GT2. Or if it had a BMW name it would've been a 9 series, or a Sonoma 911 if it were a porsche name. :lol:

GM wasn't using the SS line in the 80's-mid 90's, so I'm sure SS would have been shot down. I would have gone with Midnight or something else dark sounding.
