SyTyless......for now!
Just replaced my IC pump with a different unit, and remote mounted it closer to the upper IC, due to lack of room. This is the pump I decided to try:

Here's how everything is routed: Upper IC, lower port- rubber hose going to pump inlet, pump outlet to hose, hose to lower IC upper port. Lower IC lower port to upper IC upper port. The lines had been converted to heater hose by a past owner, and run through the fender. The pump is sitting in front of the blower motor behind the overflow bottle (which had to be shifted forward) MS paint:
Problem is, the pump doesnt seem to be pumping, (higher whine, no movement in upper IC), but when it "catches" and does pump, it sends a large surge of coolant to the upper IC, along with air bubbles, forcing coolant out of the upper IC fill cap, making coolant run down everywhere. I have a feeling that something is messed up somewhere, or its simply the wrong kind of pump. Help please!!
