Just turned 29.
I'm actually quite surprised at the age distribution. I thought this was an older crowd based on the appearant level of maturity.
Maybe it's just that our forum lacks the "ricer" element. :rotf:

Its new to me, I didnt join till a long time after this thread started and was finished. I'm 21, 22 on march 6th if anyone wants to get me an engine for my birthday

I think most of us can afford one by the time we are in our 20's so we buy them. Then by 30 we have learned our lesson. :rotf:

Thats nice.... :tup: Just turned 27 on the 7th of Feb....My relationship with my Ty is kinda like juggling 2 girlfriends.....Trying to keep them both happy, and not letting one know how much money im spending on the other one..........

Truck purchased new...
I owe it all to my friend Mike (who also now owns a Syclone "Big Mike" on SyTy.net) - He pointed the truck out to me in a Car Craft Magazine. The picture was the truck with BBS style wheels on it, from what I remember. I went to the dealer and they never heard of one . I asked them to find out about it and they called me and said I would have to find 5 people who also wanted the same truck for them to order one for me. So meanwhile they got 4 more people interesed and only two trucks were delivered to the dealer one was mine!
Am I the youngest original owner???

18 ... got Ty #1357 in pieces when I was 15.5 :tup:
I'm sort of the original owner, belonged to my dad with intent of giving it to one of us kids when we were old enough... he bought it new when I was 6 :tup:

Im 25 and will be 26 in april of this year. I have had a Sy or Ty since 1997 when i first got a license. 1st was my Syclone i think #0342, then after that got stolen in 99 i got 93 Ty 1205 from NM in Jan 00, along the way i was able to get 92 Ty 2025 from customs on its way back from Japan, i bought my most recent ty as a project which, after painting the front, will be complete. Alas i have a 92 #1313 thats being parted out and is a junker...
