Bear with me... it is SyTy related.

So this couple bought a GN in 2007 and ran it for a few years until it had driveability issues. Not starting, ran poorly, usual SyTy stuff. The previous owner said it had some goodies (separator plate to even out fuel and air flow for example) and they gave it to a local mechanic who buggered it up even further.

They gave it to White Marine in MI, owned by Dan White. They got the GN running much better but it wasn't a cheap fix - new turbo, FAST XFI controller etc. I wonder how they'd do with a Syclone or Typhoon...

Now this is the interesting bit... The article refers to him as a Syclone and Typhoon tuning specialist. Has anyone heard of him?

Ed Hess used White Racing to do things for him as far back as '04. This guy isn't new. He didn't just show up.

I used their parts for my flex fuel setup in my tt typhoon project. Good guys. They have been around for soon time.

FAST seems like a huge overkill for drivability issues, IMO. Guys are running deep 10's heck some 9's on the stock computer.:2cents:

I am not sure why you smacked your head. I can find the website perfectly well. My question was - who has heard of them and it was aimed at this board.

/off topic.

Sounds like a few have had success - always good to hear of new people, especially if they are established and have a good rep.

I am in the UK most of the time but perhaps some of you guys nearby will find the info useful.

On a related but unrelated note...

Our own "The Cisco Kid" (goche4) needs to update his time. We were at track a few weeks ago he went 10.02 burning rubber. He's a solid launch away from 9s.

Fast XFI ECU though.

Okay so 2 ppl used him,it's not like he's Eric SyGN or whatever his name is.

Has Ed Hess even posted in the last 5 years? :dunno:

But I'll go ahead and apologize for not Googling for some guy that has never been here.
