Horn-DM fuse block doesn't work w/ NEW fuse

The following electrical item(s) don't work: horn, dome light, vanity lights, tailgate release solenoid, side mirror power adjuster.
I checked the fuse and it was good but replaced it anyway, can't seem to trouble shoot the problem.
Anyone had this issue before with a good fuse? Is there any other relay switch that could be causing the problem?

Fuse link on firewall, pass side. If you can look at electrical diagram (on here)
and see where the feed comes from, probably cig. lighter was dead too. I'll check in a minute.

yes the cig. lighter is dead too. those diagrams look complicated and my noobie eyes were unable to follow. so you said there is another fuse on the passanger side located somewhere near the firewall? can you post a picture please?

Taillights work? Engine starts? If that's the case, the fusible link that is between the alternator and the fuse box is okay. Horn/Dome, ECM B and Taillamps are all protected by that fusible link.

Here is where I ask the stupid question. Have you put a meter onto the Horn/Dome fuse yet? Check both sides, see if there is: 1) power to the fuse. 2) power from the fuse. My own personal experience is that you can't see electricity- put a meter on it and we can point you in the right direction.

Knowing that will save us all from typing all night. $20 buck Sears meter, a test light, a bulb with 1 wire to a good ground, a powerprobe is almost the ultimate ($100). I used one the other night to bypass a blown maxifuse after security screwed up a jump-start on a friend's car. -30 below outside. 5 minutes later, they were limping it home.
