FAST XFI no work!

Hey, well i found out that the harness from Caspers electronics is fine. The problem HAS to be with XFI itself!
When i crank it, the injector LEDs on the unit are flashing , but the injectors dont pulse.
There is power to the injectors as i crank ,but no signal from XFI. Everything else work , rpm, sensors, injector duty cycle, ext..

Has anyone had problems with there XFIs ? FAST are telling me that if the injector LEDs flash, that means the injectors are pulses.

ANY IDEAS???

The injector harness is separate from the main harness. Are you sure it's right as well?
On my FAST dfi box, John Gerber helped me wire it because there was something wrong with the directions on wiring it.

Was a mistake with XFI directions ? I had to repin the "D" injector connector to the XFI instructions, still nothing.
I wonder if i can EVER injoy it ? Spent 2 years trying to tune it with factory computer and Ultimate chip, i finnaly gave up and bought a $2,600 FAST XFI and Casper harness and now i cant even get it to start!
Did everything by instuctions , plug and play harness, base tune, NOTHING!!!

Yes, it was a problem with the FAST directions.

I can write down the injector harness pinouts tonight and send them to you.

Looks like the Fast XFI has there problems too, loose pins and all.

The loose wire looks like it was my fault. Maybe the expensive crimper I bought didn't do a very good job or the wire slipped out of the pin some during the crimping then finally worked its' way out.

Go through all your settings and tables to make sure you have not accidently shut down your pulse width or something similar. Your injectors may be working but not letting enough fuel through.

At cranking, the injectors pulse width 13.3 (ms). Is that right ?
One thing i noticed, the battery volts at the XFI dash are 8.5 -9.5 while cranking.

if you're still using the file you were using and 93 octane its good. did you get your reference angle right? are the plugs dry still? you try shifting around the dizzy timing? do you have a noid light kit to verify the injectors aren't pulsing? they're like 20 dollars at oriellys and i don't think you can verify the electric pulse w/ a multimeter.

I got an noid light, the injectors are dead, no signal, nothing. FAST and Casper are blaiming each other, i am sick of this crap, all i want is this thing to run. I am returning this garbage to them, and going back to the ultimate again. At least it ran okay with it.

Sux you couldn't get it to work.
Too bad those companies are more interested in blaming each other than having a satisfied customer.

Thanks 4C FED. I thought by spending allmost $2,900 on a plug n play system, that it would work. Sealy me..

send the box back to fast for testing or if you trust me i could test your box as long as its the xfi box. you'll like it if you ever get it to work. it sounds like the harness to me if your getting the injector lights flashing on the box. you could check the schematics and ohm out the wires. did you test the relay on your injector harness to see if its powering? i can help with wire colors comparing it to mine if you want.

I had to redo the injector pins in the XFI box because Casper srewed up, I only get 9 volts at the injectors . I left two emails at Caspers, no responce. At this point, i am sick of this, its been over 2 mo, and it wont even run. I'm putting back my V2 Ultimate.

I was thinking of just sending harness back, But after talking to Casper about a mo. ago, they said that all of there harnesses are the same, and that theres no point in replacing it. Sounded like they did'n care about there customers.
