Translation didnt work in epix's link , what does "Stefan intygar ändå att Typhoonen är riktigt trygg att köra i högre fart." mean ?

I thought farting in sytys was just something only hood and adam do .

Tht arikle is in swedish and the translation was the most twisted I´ve read in years
